Meet Your Guides
Bridget & Marie
With over 30 years of combined experience, Bridget and Marie have devoted their lives to empowering women and fostering sacred transformation.
Bridget's journey began in family violence, mental health, and childhood trauma, later transitioning into feminine-based life coaching. Her work in these fields revealed the disempowerment of the feminine, inspiring her to guide women through their own healing and growth. Her personal journey through sacred partnership and motherhood has deepened her connection to community and the power of women coming together.
Marie, who holds a degree in psychology, has woven ceremony and ritual into her life since childhood, later becoming a yoga teacher and facilitator of retreats. Her travels across Africa, Bali, India, and Peru have deepened her practice, and mothering two young boys has revealed the profound lessons of shadow work and holding space with compassion.
Together, they create a space where women can reclaim their sacred selves and embody their true power.

BodyLOVE: The Revolution is a 28-day transformative journey that includes five 90-minute online ceremonies, meditations, short yoga and breathing practices, journal prompts, and written materials. You will reconnect with your body through ceremony, rediscover your beauty, and unlock the confidence and power within you. This round of BodyLOVE runs from Sunday 15th September until Sunday 13th October 2024. Live Ceremonies will take place on Sunday mornings 7.30am - 9am (AEST) throughout the course period. Replays for all LIVES available.

The course is designed for busy women! You’ll have access to the online portal with all the materials, so you can go through the content at your own pace. If you can’t attend the live ceremonies, recordings will be available for you to watch when it suits you. Modules are unlocked weekly but their no pressure to complete these in a certain timeframe. This course is about your own empowerment. Listen to your body first.

No prior experience is needed! We guide you through each ceremony, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone. There’s no ‘right’ way to participate—just what feels aligned for you. Ceremony is about honouring yourself, and we’ll walk you through every step.
