Murmurr is currently shipping orders within Australia and Internationally. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly.

Australian Orders: If product is in stock please allow up to 1-5 working days from your order and payment confirmation.  Areas such as Northern Territory, Western Australia and remote areas may take anywhere from 3-14 days.

We offer a $9.95 flat rate standard postage Australia wide, $19.95 express postage and FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150.

International Orders: If product is in stock please allow up to 1-4 weeks from your order and payment confirmation. 

We offer a $19.95 flat rate standard postage worldwide, $39.95 express postage worldwide.

Refunds or Returns Policy

At Murmurr we are so confident that you will love our products that we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Just post your products back to us (at your cost) and we will refund you what you paid.

At Murmurr will accept returns if the goods have been incorrectly described or are faulty. Every order is inspected by us and packed with extreme care before it leaves our store to ensure you receive your product in excellent condition.

Upon delivery please check that the packaging is not damaged in anyway before signing to accept the goods. If the packaging is damaged in anyway there is a possibility that the product may have been damaged or items have gone missing in transit. If you do sign to accept the goods after noticing packaging damage and your product has been damaged or missing then unfortunately this is not covered by the freight company or 'Murmurr'. If you do notice the package is damaged and you refuse to sign for the goods please contact us ASAP via email info@murmurr.co for a refund. 

In the situation where the package is not damaged however your product is damaged please contact us within 24 hours to notify us so we can follow this up. Please also submit and enquiry online with the freight company to further investigate the damaged or missing items. We will happily assist you with this process where we need to.
