Between sessions, you’ll be supported with tailored reflection practices and rituals to anchor your insights.
Each session is guided intuitively. We’ll explore what’s unfolding in your heart and life, release what no longer serves, and invite new ways of being through reflection, meditation, and grounded somatic or ceremony. practice.
